Dashboard

The Organization Dashboard displays a snapshot of your entire AI portfolio, including active Deployments, use cases across lifecycle stages, risk classifications, and the progress of governance controls across applied frameworks. All data displayed on the Dashboard is based on the AI use cases and Deployments registered in your AI Registry. The more complete your Registry, the more accurate your organizational overview.

The Dashboard includes the following charts:

  • Use cases & deployments: A real-time count of all AI use cases and active Deployments registered in your organization's Registry.
  • Controls progress: An overview of how many governance controls are completed, in progress, or not yet started across all registered use cases in all Workspaces.
  • Use cases by risk classification: A breakdown of your registered AI systems by risk classification.
  • Use cases by lifecycle stage: Shows how your registered AI systems are distributed across Exploration, Development, Validation, and Production stages.
  • Use cases by applied framework: Displays which governance frameworks (e.g., your company policy, Deeploy AI Control Framework, NIST AI RMF) are applied across your use cases, and how many controls within each framework are completed.
  • Use cases added (last 30 days): A timeline showing the pace of new AI use case registrations over the past month.
