Track and document a Deployment's compliance to responsible AI standards using compliance documentation templates and imported PDF documentation.

Default documentation templates

By default two compliance documentation templates have been added to your deployment, these can be modified or removed during deployment creation and at the Deployment's compliance documentation page.

Responsible AI Guide Requirements

The Responsible AI Guide Requirements documentation offers a list of questions based on the Responsible AI Guide. The Responsible AI Guide is designed to help organisations comply with (upcoming) technical, legal, and ethical requirements for responsible AI. Developed by Considerati, in cooperation with Deeploy, the guide contains a set of requirements for responsible AI systems.

Fundamental Rights and Algorithms Impact Assessment (FRAIA)

The fundamental rights and algorithm impact assessment ('FRAIA') is a discussion and decision-making tool for government organizations. The tool facilitates an interdisciplinary dialogue by those responsible for the development and/or use of an algorithmic system. An extensive guide for applying the FRAIA can be downloaded here.

Adding documentation templates

Any compliance documentation templates that are available and active in your workspace can be added to your Deployment, see compliance-templates for more information on adding custom documentation templates. Besides the default and custom templates you can also select EU AI act template files that are tailored towards specific articles from that act. Removing templates, both from your workspace or from your deployment, will also remove any filled in documentation details.

Importing documentation

You can import existing compliance documentation for your deployment. PDF files smaller than 25MB are accepted. You can view documentation content by clicking on it.
