Compliance Documentation
This feature is exclusive to organizations on Scale or Private Cloud plans. To learn more about plans, refer to our pricing page.
Track and document a Deployment's compliance to responsible AI standards using compliance documentation templates and imported PDF documentation.
Default documentation templates
By default two compliance documentation templates have been added to your deployment, these can be modified or removed during Deployment creation and at the Deployment's compliance documentation page.
Responsible AI Guide Requirements
The Responsible AI Guide Requirements documentation offers a list of questions based on the Responsible AI Guide. The Responsible AI Guide is designed to help organisations comply with (upcoming) technical, legal, and ethical requirements for responsible AI. Developed by Considerati, in cooperation with Deeploy, the guide contains a set of requirements for responsible AI systems.
Fundamental Rights and Algorithms Impact Assessment (FRAIA)
The fundamental rights and algorithm impact assessment ('FRAIA') is a discussion and decision-making tool for government organizations. The tool facilitates an interdisciplinary dialogue by those responsible for the development and/or use of an algorithmic system. An extensive guide for applying the FRAIA can be downloaded here.
Generate answer suggestions
This feature is currently exclusively available for the AI vendor assessment template. Use AI to generate suggested answers to template questions based on imported documents. We'll analyze imported documents to find relevant information and suggest appropriate answers for completing the template, saving time and ensuring comprehensive coverage. To use this feature:
- Add the AI vendor assessment template to your Deployment
- Click Generate suggestions.
- Select relevant imported documents
- Suggestions will load per question
- Open a question to view the suggestion
- Click Insert suggestion to populate the answer with the suggestion. You can also make additional edits. Alternatively, click Discard to ignore the suggestion.
The suggestions are generated by retreiving relevant text from documents for different questions using an embedding model and finally generating an answer using a LLM.
For saas users we use openAI 4o-mini and text-embedding-3-small to analyze and create embeddings of your uploaded document. Private cloud users can configure their own models for enhanced control at model level. In both the cases data is not stored or used for anything such as model training etc.
For private cloud installations customers need to enable AI feature in their installation.
Adding documentation templates
Any compliance documentation templates that are available and active in your workspace can be added to your Deployment, see compliance-templates for more information on adding custom documentation templates. The default templates include EU AI Act templates, which are tailored to specific articles of the act. Removing templates, both from your Workspace or your Deployment, will also remove any filled in documentation details.
Importing documentation
Import existing documentation and store it as part of your Deployment. PDF files smaller than 25MB are accepted. You can view imported documentation by clicking on it.
