Update a Deployment

Navigate to the Details page. Expand the different sections to make changes to your Deployment and click the Update button. For example, if you want to deploy a new model version, select the latest commit in the Repository section and click Update.

Request approval for your changes from other Workspace members. Click Create pending version to submit your changes for approval. You will be redirected to the Versions page. The version will be pending until all approvers have approved the version. After the approval, click Deploy on the version page to start the update process.

Update Deployment information

Deployment information such as the name, description, risk classification and owner of a Deployment can be updated without triggering a new Deployment. Simply make your changes the Deployment information section, and click Save.

Restart containers without changes

For managed Deployments it's possible to restart the containers without making changes to the Deployment. Simply click Update and initiate a new Deployment without changes.

Upgrade Deployment

Upgrade your Deployment by changing the Deployment type to unlock more functionalities. Go to your Deployment details and click 'Upgrade' to initiate the upgrade flow. Fill in the missing fields that are required for the version of your Deployment.

Upgrading your Deployment is only available from a registration to external or standard, or from an external to a standard Deployment.

By upgrading your Deployment to an external Deployment, you can put your use case live and start using the inference and monitoring functionalities. Upgrading to a standard Deployment unlocks the ability to add explainability, automated compliance checklists and more control over your model.
